Miami Holiday Part Five

We knew it was coming storms in Miami can be pretty.... interesting and this one was a good one. Well, good if you are watching it in a safe place!

 In the twenty years we have been holidaying in Miami we have never seen a storm quite like this one?

 Everything around us was slowly swallowed by the rain!

 What was even more strange is it lasted hours and there was so much lighting it just went on and on!

The next day it was time to go home. Our flight was a late one 9:30pm . So another visit to Tony Romas after a morning swimming

I think the reason I have so many food pictures is the rest of the time we were on the move and having fun! This was a wonderful holiday and while we all missed my dad it was helped by facetimeing him every day.

The flight home was on time and we flew home in one of Virgins new planes. The seats are so much more comfortable and we ALL managed to get some rest. Only downer was we had run out of Kwells for Sophie and just as the landing gear went down she started reaching. I gave her one of my sickness pills though and within ten minutes she was OK. 

Once we had landed and got out into the terminal my dad was there waiting to take us home.
