Happy Mothers Day..For those for whom it's Mothers Day

I told you about the cat fight but have since found a few unexpected results of the fight.
A painful toe that got caught up in the fight

and a broken mirrored door to Sophie's wardrobe.I'm guessing when Ashley managed to get the bedroom door open she slammed the door handle against the wardrobe!

My little Ani

Ashley is twice Ani's size

Yesterday was cold and every time we went out in the garden it would rain! Dad is looking soooo much better not sure way but I have a theory that when the doctors blasted his veins they might have cleared some sort of small blockage or something? (not even sure that's possible but something is working better) Still made him rest a lot but I did allow him to clear away some cat poop (not my cats the little horrors use the cat boxes) and he did wash up with Sophie's help after dinner. Google and I did some research into Geriatric specialists and I found one that looks OK so will contact GP on Monday and tell him to refer dad to this doctor.
I have posted in a separate post some pictures I took today for Mothers Day (not mine Mothers Day in UK is end of March) but for those that do have Mothers Day today.

...........................................................

Well I got my lay in not getting up until almost 11am, even Amy slept in!!!! So no breakfast but a pancake brunch. A beautiful warm afternoon so spent some time in the garden photo's of dolls were taken, YES DOLLS!!!! and cats LOL
Decided not to cook and carry on with my lazy day by having spaghetti on toast (with sausages) not really a traditional Sunday roast but girls were happy and that's all that matters! Dad is still OK, and we are awaiting an appointment with a specialist who I hope can sort him out?
Had a message from my cousin who is a kitchen designer a woman was enquiring about a new kitchen who now lives in my old family home! Small world.
My boys

.......................................

Was Ms fix it yesterday
First up dad could not get rid of sat nav on his car and the radio had gone all crackly?
He swears he had not touched it but these things don't just happen not without human help (or a poltergeist) So with no idea what I was doing ..but more idea than my dad I bashed buttons until it was all working again.
Next up was mum's phone Virgin had sent a new 4G sim card and I needed to change it. I had tried last week with no luck so I thought I would try again and this time after a bit of a fiddle it worked. Trouble was within minutes her phone was ringing with spam calls? I think I will have to change her phone number?
So while on a roll I tackled the company my hosepipe can from. It's one of those expandable ones, a wonderful concept as I hate the hose pipe running all over the garden. The one I have is 100ft and screws up to next to nothing. In fact I liked it so much I brought one for my parents. BUT now the faults are starting, a leek in my pipe and well, no idea what has happened to the nozzle on my parents pipe but water is spraying out all over?
So I phone them up a guy tells me to take photo's and e.mail them to customer care and they will send me new ones.

I did this and to me it's pretty evident they have leeks
BUT
It receive this
